Decided to have a go at fermenting “Ted’s Fast Fermenting Vodka” – https://homedistiller.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=56998

  • 3.48 kilos of sugar
  • 174 grams of wheat bran
  • 87 grams of cracked rye grain
  • 1 crushed multivitamin tablet
  • Pinch of epsom salts
  • 2 grams of DAP (Diammonium phosphate)
  • 2 grams of citric acid
  • 43 grams of dried yeast

Update 16/04/25

Took 6 days for the fermentation to finish (well for the SG to reach 0.990), looking at the data on BrewSpy it probably finished around day 5

Racked off 4 x 4 litres into demijohns.
