- 3.48 kilos of sugar
- 174 grams of wheat bran
- 87 grams of cracked rye grain
- 1 crushed multivitamin tablet
- Pinch of epsom salts
- 2 grams of DAP (Diammonium phosphate)
- 2 grams of citric acid
- 43 grams of dried yeast

Took 6 days for the fermentation to finish (well for the SG to reach 0.990), looking at the data on BrewSpy it probably finished around day 5

Racked off 4 x 4 litres into demijohns.
