- 30 grams of juniper berries
- 10 grams of coriander seeds
- 4 grams of angelica root
- 2 grams of otrris root
- 4 grams of lemon peel
The above was placed into a bag and slightly crushed, filled the botanicals basket with the mix and then placed the rest in the still.
Setup the Air Still Pro for Pot Still mode by removing the saddles (the stainless steel and copper parts) from the column, replaced the tip with one marked “P”.
1 litre of FFV, this was as 80% ABV so diluted with a little over 1 litre of spring water to bring the ABV to below 40%
Added the ceramic boil enhancers and distilling conditioner to the still, this reduces the chance of boil surging.
