- 1 litre vodka
- Juniper berries 15 – 25 grams
- Coriander seeds 5-10 grams
- Angelica root 2-5 grams
- Orris root 1-3 grams
- Lemon peel 2-5 grams
Instructions:
- Combine the spirit and botanicals in a still or a large glass jar.
- Let it infuse for 24-48 hours.
- Redistill the mixture to collect the gin.
Ratio:
- Juniper berries: 50-60%
- Coriander seeds: 20-25%
- Angelica roots: 10-15%
- Orris roots: 5-10%
- Lemon peels: 2-5%
